Handling

1. Precautions

[Danger]
●Boots and their components change with time. After about 5 years the strength of the boots may begin to decrease. Based on the circumstances this may result in damage.
If you find cracks, etc. please stop using the boots immediately.
●Please do not disassemble, modify (cutting with a router, drilling holes, etc.) or apply strong shock, as this will result in damage to the boots.
●Fastening the metal fitting while they or the soles of the boots are covered in snow or mud or walking on asphalt or concrete causes the sole to wear down.
This may cause the metal fittings to work improperly, which is dangerous. Please be sure to check carefully. Please do not use boots that show signs of excessive wear.
●When drying the boots, keep them away from stoves, steam or fire. Melting or a change in shape may lead to unexpected damage during use.
●Please try to buy boots that are the correct size. if they are big or too small, this could lead to unexpected an injury or accident.

[Warning]
●Please be sure to check for any problem with the soles, buckles, etc. before and after use.
●Storing in a location with high temperature and humidity or sealing in a plastic bag causes hydrolysis and may cause degradation of the materials. Please store in a cool, dark location with good air circulation.
●The form and materials of the boots are designed for skiing. please be cautious; carelessness can be dangerous when using the boots for anything other than skiing.

[Caution]
●When drying the inner boots, please be sure to remove them from the shell and place them in a well ventilated area out of direct sunlight.
●When caring for the boots, be sure not to use any volatile solvents or cleansers (thinners, etc.)
●be careful of the way the shells fit together and the setting of the inner boots during storage. if the shells or inner boots are stored in the wrong shape their performance and comfort will be sffected.
●Though this product was designed with parts to prevent water seepage it is not 100% waterproof. Water may leak in as a result of the manner of use, snow conditions or differences in foot shape. This may cause socks, etc. to be stained by the inner boots.
●Parts of the shells and inner boots have printing or stickers. Please understand that these may be damaged or rub off during use.
●The hold of the inner boots, the thickness of the padding, hardness and elasticity may decrease or be lost due to usage conditions, frequency of use or storage conditions, etc.
●Please don't drag your feet when walking in the boots. if you drag your feet, the sole will wear down and may not fit into the binding.

2. Care and Storage

(1) remove the inner boots from the ski boots.

(2) After cleaning off the shells with a wet cloth or soft sponge, wipe them down well with a dry cloth and dry them in a shady place with good ventilation. Please do not use any cleanser or thinners, etc.

(3) Dry the inner boots in a shady place with good ventilation. if they become damp, stuffing them with newspaper, etc. is an effective way to dry them.
